Giorgio didn't open this restaurant to "do catering." He opened it to continue a story that has never stopped at his home.

Here, we cook as it has always been done: a few things, done well, every day. The menu changes because the seasons, the sea, the garden, and the mood of the cook change. There is no intention to impress, but rather to bring people back.

Giorgio buys from those he knows by name, cooks what he would eat himself, and serves nothing he couldn't explain. If a dish is on the menu, it’s because it has a purpose. If it’s not there, it’s because today wasn’t the right day for it.

This is not a "typical" place. It is a genuine one. And anyone who walks in understands that right away.
